Dr. Isabelle Dorsch (she/her) is a postdoctoral fellow at the ScholCommLab, working on the VOICES project (Value of Openness, Inclusion, Communication, and Engagement for Science in a Post-Pandemic World), and the ZBW – Leibniz Information Centre for Economics in Kiel, Germany. Prior to that, she worked for several years as research associate, lecturer, and mentor for the Department of Information Science at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Isabelle focuses on informetrics and social media research. She has interests or expertise in research fields such as open science, scientometrics, scholarly communication, scholarly indicators for research assessment, metrics literacies, user behavior, visual SNS like Instagram or TikTok, and hashtag analysis.
